Older versions of Windows need to be updated in order to be safe, secure and reliable. You need to get the necessary security updates from Microsoft. Specifically:
“Support for urgent Trusted Root updates for Windows Root Certificate Program in Windows”
Microsoft has declared Windows 7 end of life and will soon stop providing these essential updates. Eventually your version of Windows will begin to stop working properly. I would consider updating Windows and or update your current version as much as possible.
