Nothing in life is perfect. Most Rover owners have usually been forced to come to terms with that reality. I use every power at my disposal to ensure that the products I sell will last and perform for years to come. If ever one of my products stops working or behaves irregularly, I will perform a repair free of charge. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have a problem. We will both work together to get the situation resolved.
Refunds are only granted on a case by case basis. A refund will only be considered if the refund process is initiated within 30 days after the original purchase. Any device that is returned to RSW Solutions that has been successfully used to read and clear fault codes, will not be granted a refund. RSW Solutions must first be contacted to determine if the purchase is eligible for a refund. Customer must be willing to work with RSW Solutions in order to determine if the device is working properly as designed, in order to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds on software purchases will not be granted if the software has been activate online using the license key. Please understand that once software has been activated online, RSW Solutions must assume that the software has been used on a customer's vehicle and therefore would not be eligible for a refund.
