Old EAS Unlock - The Dash Beeps and Displays the "Slow 35MPH Max" Message

The EAS is power-cycled during normal communications operations. When the EAs is power-cycled, the BECM will beep and display the "slow 35mph Max" message. This is normal and does not indicate a stored EAS fault.
