You can test the ABS Amigo V1 by simply starting the vehicle and plugging the ABS Amigo V1 into the OBDII port. The ABS Amigo V1 will cycle through the communications sequence and attempt to clear the EAS Fault. You can tell that the unit is working if you see the RED / Blue / Green LED patterns.
The ABS Amigo V1 has two disctinctly different LED patterns. The first pattern indicates the OBDII communications sequence. The second sequence is the USB communications sequence. It is important to notice the difference. Specifically, it is important to note if the ABS Amigo V1 displays the USB LED pattern when plugged into the Rover.
