• Designed from the ground up to be an OBDII diagnostic tool sepcific to the P38 Range Rover (1995-2002). This tool allows you to communicate with many of the proprietary Land Rover vehicle computers which cause the most pain to the vehicle owner. The purchase includes the hardware and software necessary to communicate with your vehicle. Old versions of the EAS Unlock software were difficult to use and extremely unreliable. This new version paired with the purpose built hardware does not have any communication issues. The proprietary Land Rover Fault codes are returned to the user in plain english so that repairs can be made if needed.

• The EASunlock tool, requires the use of a Windows PC; Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Windows 11. Apple OS users can emulate a Windows PC using a Windows Parallel environment. I will continue to make updates to the software as time progresses. The EASunlock Software is a small and lightweight installation that also has the ability to receive updates automatically from RSW Solutions when updates are released. Updates to the software and the addition of new communications functions are always free to customers of RSW Solutions.

• When purchase has been completed, a download link and activation key will be emailed to the user. Software can be activated and deactivated on different end user machines. Activation keys an licenses cannot be transferred to other users.

• The vehicle warning lights have illuminated because of an underlying reason. There is always a reason for the fault. Sometimes the fault condition has occurred because of a simple transient and temporary sensor problem. In these cases, when the fault is cleared, the fault may not return because nothing with the system is actually broken. While unfortunately sometimes the faults can be triggered because something is actually physically broken with the system. In these cases, the physical problem must be repaired to prevent the fault code from returning. In both cases, the EAS Unlock V4 Tool will help you diagnose the problem and determine if expensive repairs are needed or if just a reset of the system is needed. The reading and clearing of vehicle fault codes is not always the final repair step but is a required step on the path to repairing your vehicle.

• Orders will be accepted through Paypal only. All shipments are sent through the USPS. Orders doemstic to the United States will be a flat postage rate of 10 USD. International shipping will be a flat rate of 36 USD. Delivery times will vary depending on where you are in the world. Typical international delivery times are 6-10 business days. Although this may vary if customs officials are involved. So please be patient.

• Please understand that software Licenses cannot be transferred. If you have purchased a used piece of hardware, a new software license must be purchased. A new software license entitles the owner to support from RSW Solutions and free software updates in the future.

• International Buyers are responsible for paying all import duty, tax, and fees which may be collected by their country when the parcel arrives. To avoid misunderstanding, we declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration. We will neither check the "gift" box nor under declare the value.

• Refunds are only granted on a case by case basis. A refund will only be considered if the refund process is initiated within 30 days after the original purchase. Any device that is returned to RSW Solutions that has been successfully used to read and clear fault codes, will not be granted a refund. RSW Solutions must first be contacted to determine if the purchase is eligible for a refund. Customer must be willing to work with RSW Solutions in order to determine if the device is working properly as designed, in order to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
